Do I need to pre-pay for my room on booking?
We require credit card details when you book our fully-flex rate but only to secure your booking. We do not ask for full payment up front. Payment for your stay and any extras you have taken whilst you are with us will be required when you check out and not before.
Can I cancel my booking if things change?
Yes - whilst we really hope that you won't need to cancel your booking, on our fully-flexible rate, as long as you cancel your booking before 10:00am on the day before you’re due to arrive, there will be no charge. If you do need to cancel simply give us a call on 01729 822203.
Bookings cancelled after 10:00am on the day before you’re due to arrive will be charged for the first night’s stay. No Shows will be charged for the first night’s stay.
Do you hold rooms provisionally?
No we take a credit card to guarantee reservations and our cancellation policy then applies.
When is check in?
3pm is our normal check in time. If you plan to arrive earlier please let us know and we'll do what we can - but no promises!
When is check out?
11am is the norm, but if you would like to request a late check out please ask and we'll do what we can to accommodate up to a maximum of 2pm for a £10 supplement.
Do you have travel cots/Z-beds available? Do you charge for it?
Yes, we have a limited supply of z beds and there is a £15 charge per child (which includes breakfast).
We also have a limited supply of travel cots which are free of charge.
please let us know if you need either when you book so we can make sure they are in your room ready for arrival.
Do you have twin rooms available?
Our rooms are set up with a double bed unless requested in advance of arrival.
Simply contact us with your request for a twin room, and we'll be delighted to arrange this for you.
What are the bar’s opening times?
The bar opens from 11am to 11pm Sunday to Thursday, 11am until 12am on Fridays and Saturdays.
Is car parking available?
Yes, there is car parking available.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes - we have 3 dog friendly rooms and charge £20 per stay for your dog to join you in your room (this charge will be added to your bill on check-in); this is so we can give the room the extra special attention needed afterwards to ensure is pristine for the next arrivals. If you wish to bring your four-legged friend along, please let us know at the time of booking and we’ll do our best to secure a dog-friendly room for you and your extra special guest!
What is your cancellation policy?

Do you have any accessibile rooms?
We have one adapted room on the ground floor with a raised bed with a hoist available on request. This room also has a wet room with emergency facilities, and an adjoining room for your PA or family members.
