The safety of our guests and team members is our number one priority so we have put in many measures across our properties to ensure our guests can feel confident when visiting and staying in our properties and our team members can feel confident working in them too.

Do you hold rooms provisionally?
No we take a credit card to guarantee reservations and our cancellation policy then applies.
When is check in?
2pm is our normal check in time. If you plan to arrive earlier please let us know and we'll do what we can - but no promises!
When is check out?
11am is the norm, but if you would like to request a late check out please ask and we'll do what we can to accommodate up to a maximum of 2pm for a £10 supplement.
Do you have travel cots/Z-beds available? Do you charge for it?
Yes, we have a limited supply and there is no charge, please let us know if you need either when you book so we can make sure they are in your room ready for arrival.
What are the bar’s opening times?
The bar opens from 11am to 11pm Sunday to Thursday, 11am until 12am on Fridays and Saturdays.
Is car parking available?
Yes, there is car parking available.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes - We do charge £15 per stay for your dog to join you in your room; this is so we can give the room the extra special attention needed afterwards to ensure is pristine for the next arrivals. If you wish to bring your four-legged friend along, please let us know at the time of booking and we’ll prepare your dog friendly room for you and your extra special guest!
What is your cancellation policy?
As long as you cancel your booking before 10am on the day before you’re due to arrive, there will be no charge. Bookings cancelled after 10:00am on the day before you’re due to arrive will be charged for the first night’s stay. No Shows will be charged for the first night’s stay.
What is the Advanced Purchase Cancellation Policy?
Your credit or debit card will have been charged at the time of booking, and this is a non-refundable, non-transferable amount. Should you need to cancel there will be no refund applicable.
